HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, disputes, and disturbances as assigned, in accordance with policy, and in conjunction with involved authorities
- Audit routes and road conditions and recommends alternate routes to dispatch as appropriate
- Maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Counsels and disciplines driver personnel
- Update road failure and accident reports when applicable
- Assist in relaying vehicle maintenance needs from drivers to Maintenance or vendors
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate
- Minimum 5+-year experience managing a staff of ten or more
- 1-2 years of logistics industry experience, preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, required
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
- 5+ years of transportation experience
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to reliably commute to Sunnyvale, CA
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be available during off hours and weekends when needed.
Salary:
- The salary wage range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position is $80,000 - $100,000 a year.
