What You'll Do:

As a Sales Supervisor with us, you'll be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a Sales Team: Coach and mentor our up-and-coming sales representatives, building their processes and systems for successful client engagement
Proactive Customer Acquisition: Identify and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers aligning with high-quality standards.
Strategic Prospecting: Utilize various avenues for lead generation, including existing clients, organizations, clubs, and events.
Customer Relationship Enhancement: Elevate customer loyalty by consulting post-sales, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors, new products, and market conditions to address customer-specific needs.
Integrity and Professionalism: Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism, applying a value-based selling methodology

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates, preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Review sales orders, ensuring payment, contracts, and itineraries have been received.
  • Assist department with day-to-day sales tasks.
  • Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Respond promptly to managers’ queries.
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing and retrieval systems, recording meeting minutes.


Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in sales calls and customer interaction
  • Fundamental knowledge of Word and Excel
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service or Administrative experience
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills


Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday


Pay Rate:


  • The salary range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position is $80,000-$95,000 a year.
