WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A Payroll Specialist is tasked with supporting the Finance team by completing the payroll processing for new, current, and terminated employees while honoring Lux Bus America’s approach to business which starts with our commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service. This includes all aspects of payroll administration.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system
Review initial setup of Human Resources-entered new employee file information, including wages, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave (PSL), entitlement holidays, overtime rules, meal waivers, Federal and State tax withholding, stipends, mobile restrictions, etc.
Complete required weekly, or bi-weekly reporting to departments.
Maintain and update any disputes and resolutions and escalate per established policies, assuring continuous communication with the Payroll Manager.
Input, audit, and pursue authorization signatures for manual checks for payroll corrections, and terminations as required. Prepare accounts payable checks approved by corporate.
Participate in role cross-training as requested by the Corporate Controller.
Processing checks on a weekly basis for 400-plus employees.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years of Payroll processing experience required.
Intermediate Level in Excel (Must know formulas and pivot tables)
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP Time and Attendance, ADP App, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Spanish Preferred

SCHEDULE:

Hybrid Remote Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday(On-site)
Wednesday and Thursday(Remote Option)
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

SALARY:

$80,000- $100,000 a year.
